I used to over-do it with alcohol a lot too, and sometimes still do but not to the same extent- but still. So I'm trying to stay away from the same bad pattern.. you really have to surround yourself with family and good friends. 

 

the sad thing is i'm not surrounded with bad influences is like i'm lonely and desperate for atention... and sometimes alcohol is the anwser... you know

No I totally get what you mean... try not to drink alone or out by yourself because that can be really dangerous. Occasionally I'll feel like that and go to a kind of dark place. Just staying around my family helps most of the time. Did anything trigger this for you? Like a break-up?

yeah mostly but no, is not just that is like i'm 21 and i jsut look back at my HS times and well they where hard but i made them that way i was shy and very closed to people, then i look back and i'm like dafuq have i done, i wasted some good times, like i wish i have more friends, i wish i feel good about my looks and how i look... but this time it was hard

You are still so young! You can still do all of that stuff!! You grow soo much in your 20s so quickly. I'm 24 and I look back at 21 and feel like I was a little girl! Haha take some classes at a gym, you can meets lots of people there and they are a lot of FUN! Also, hang out with coworkers and stuff!
