Sexuality isn't something you "convince" yourself of. Some people know they are strait, like for example when they are only sexually attracted to women and have never gotten a hard on over a man.

 

And time doesn't turn someone gay or strait. Such a downplaying of what it means to even be gay tbh. You sort of do injustice to gays by putting them in a box and claiming things are one way or another.
