They used her itz shoot face and photoshopped it on a double. I could be wrong though, this is just off the top of my head. That's why there's no outtakes or alternates.

However Elizabeth Arden denied that. I just looked it up because I couldn't remember the details. Kinda similar to the ok! Shoot fiasco. It certainly doesn't look like britney circa 2007 and if I didn't know better I'd swear it was the itz shoot. It wouldn't be the first time team spears used an old shoot.
