I think the photo is a little too photoshopped specially her body

Or maybe it's just a weird angle and pose. Also her nose looks like, I don't know, as if they tried to make it look thinner, but then it looks too large to be normal, so it's like a long straight line of nose.

I don't think we can judge off of that photo she tweeted. Not until we get hq photos of the shoot. But ummm... Britney has been looking "different" since last year. I think the pic is great.
