so basically there's a lot of things that should be Photoshopped i made a brief comparison with minimul Photoshop to  show you guys that this is her real body it 's just the position and the lighting

Of course it's not photoshopped, they just did the photoshoot they don't do photoshop in like 10 minutes. 

 

Plus if you have a brain you should know that the angle from where they took the picture distorts -a little- her body (it's disproportionate, like her head looks bigger compared to her lower body), so of course her lower body will look even thinner (and that's probably why people think it's photoshopped). If you try to un-distort it , you'll see her body is actually exactly as it is in real , which means perfect.
