At this point, 15 years in to her career, I really think her most well known song depends on the age group you're asking.

 

In terms of general public, this is my opinion:

Mid-20s+, BOMT or Toxic

15-Mid-20s,  POM or Womanizer

Babies-15, TTWE or IWG

 

It's basically whatever her most popular jam was at the time people first hear her on the radio. (Although Toxic is the exception because it was a total resurgence for Brit's radio play and therefore had a huge impact on the GP.)

 

Also, my list is generalized to the US.
