"So anyways this was pre-Britney Jean so I'm like "She had 7 number 1 albums and has made millions off of touring the world and selling out stadiums!" Not I knew that Blackout didn't hit #1 but he didn't so might as well stretch the truth a little to make our Brit Brit sound better.  :trollney:"

LMFAOOO ME

Yes. Like usually people don't really dis her because what would they say? Most people my age (24/f) love her. BUT if they don't, they usually keep mum. However, once in a while someone will say something insulting. If they stop at 1, I let it go. If they keep going, I let them know I like her and what I think, and if they keep going after that, I get upset (LOL!!) and will tell them to stop talking and proceed to insult something that I know they like or appreciate and idc.

yeah that's about the same for me...I don't really hear bad stuff though, occasionally though...people know I love her.

The last time I remember someone just being rude about it...he was trying to piss me off and ended up saying shit like he wouldn't touch her w a 10 ft stick...and I was just like "stfu you'd sleep w her in a sec, I mean look at your girlfriend..."...(it went further than that but I'll leave it there). I purposely said that in front of everyone to be a dick and embarrass him, cuz he was trying to make me look bad for liking her. It backfired bad on him, and he held a grudge until he broke up w his gf

but really unless someone is just going on about it, I don't really say anything besides "I like her". I'm good at making awkward moments, so that tends to end the conversation.
