1. Him not going for a Britney Jean sound is what people want

2. He responds to a fans tweet @ing both Antony Preston (who is VERY new and his 1st major artist was brit) & Britney on twitter saying "keep it on thin ice for a while longer, but check in here now and then for news"

3. You saying December 2015 is giving a timeframe...he gave no direct time frame of any music.....neither did I in my post

4. And who ever reported it on the main page was someone here. on a Britney FAN FORUM site...not Orbit, not Preston, not Britney.

:)

Correct...but when you're making plans for something would you CONFIRM it before you even work out the logistics? would u confirm an idea/plan without any name location team etc...no of course not ....thats why he's saying "Keep it on thin ice" because it is just that..an idea, a plan (that will happen because her team needs and wants it to happen at this point)...so he said give it time and check back with here over time

Like Orbit said....Give it time...she's not even under a label right now so firstly unless she does plan on releasing ANY kind of music as independent she needs to be taken into another label with a new contract....it gonna take some time

IA with you she's def making new music either for new album or ep. But idt she's going to promote or making the new era would be as huge as she was before. Because britney herself seems like she's 'tired' of being in this industry and all she wants to do is staying at home with her kids and husband :siptea:

I think they'll pull out something new purely to keep the buzz around Vegas. They expected Britney Jean to do the wonders but it didn't quite work out. They are afraid after all this Alien drama and falling sales it will affect her residency. So yeah, I am expecting new music, I am only worried about the quality.

It makes perfect sense everything that you say. But the sad truth is that with Britney's team, our logic never applies. Everyday we come up with ideas and ideas of all sort of things they could do, from the kind of songs she should record, the singles she should release, the costumes for the show, the videos, the announcements, the promo, we always say, yeah, they're probably planning to do this, and that, but we always get nothing. It's incredible, how thousands of fans around the world can have millions of amazing ideas, but there's no one single person in her team that can come up with something like that. I don't know if it's really them who lack of ideas, or that they live in a parallel universe to ours. Or maybe is Britney herself, the one that just doesn't want to make nothing edgier and risky anymore. She says all the time that she's not as cool as she used to be, but I refuse to believe that. I just wish there was someone from her team that wasn't just reading the threads we make in these forums, but actually taking the best ideas from her fans and doing something about it. We probably may not know the business, but we know about what we like from her, and other musicians in general. My logic would say, well, go and see what the heck do the fans want and give it to them. But I suppose there's more stuff in game than just that.

Anyway, I'm not trying to be pessimistic or something, it's just for my own good, for my mental health :thatsfunny:  I can't have more meltdowns. This era has taught me that we can't expect nothing too good to be true. We can't put that high our expectations, because then we can't fully appreciate what she gives us at the end. And for some magical reason, other people and the media aren't here when we speak the wonderful works of her, but they do when we complain about stuff, and when we criticize her music and performances because they aren't what we wanted to see, and that just makes things even worse.

I wish, and I hope that whenever we have another album / new music, it results being something really really good, and why not, succesful and very well known to the GP. I don't have nothing against Larry (maybe against Adam) but I don't think we'll ever get something as high as our expectations use to be, unless she starts to work not just with a new record label, but with new people at her management team as well. It would be ideal, if she assumes more control of course, but we all know that story too :displeased: . The new record label could be the positive change that we need, but there's always the possibility that it becomes a negative change too. We'll have to wait and, keep waiting because we can't excpect to see too much :crying3:
