Far Beyond Posted August 11, 2014 #4 Report Posted August 11, 2014 yup it's more how interviewers should be w her...like a conversation between friends...not like a job interview of asking standard questions in a cold distant manner I hate how so many interviewers don't think about providing a comfortable interviewing situation, they ask the same questions, ask stupid questions, and worst of all they are not charismatic & animated conversationalists themselves I understand why Britney will sometimes answer an open-ended question in a word or simple sentence...because an open ended question when you have not developed a rapport w the person is perfectly reasonable to give succinct answers. For example, "tell me about your new album..."...that kinda shit, especially like immediately into the conversation...Many people mirror the person's enthusiasm in conversations. In the end do you want an interview/interrogation, or a genuine conversation. The interviewers job is to be good at conversation and be a people person...but instead many of them just land some big stars and people will watch the interview anyways, regardless of whether they are actually good at the job.
