Valerie Bitch Posted August 11, 2014 #1 Report Posted August 11, 2014 I'm currently reading Britney : Inside the Dream by Steve Dennis and I'm loving it. It gives such an inside look on Britney the person and Britney the performer and it makes me emotional It also explains really well the Britney/Kevin dynamic. I'm at the point were evil Sam Lutfi comes into her life, it's so sad. What are the other books about Britney you've read? I also own Little Girl Lost and Through the Storm, but I'd like it if you had any other suggestions because I love reading about Britney. TIA 1
Thelegendarybritney Posted August 11, 2014 #2 Report Posted August 11, 2014 omg really , i have to buy inside the dream asap a lot of people said that they loved it
Valerie Bitch Posted August 11, 2014 Author #3 Report Posted August 11, 2014 omg really , i have to buy inside the dream asap a lot of people said that they loved it I'm loving it! It's pretty accurate and I love how the author goes "inside her mind". It explains a lot. He had a lot of close sources and so I feel what is in the book is real. He explains a lot her relationship with JT, Kevin, her breakdown, how she is with her kids. And it's tasteful because he obviously cares for her. This ain't no trash paper from someone who wanted to grill Britney and show how crazy she is. It would be the opposite. You feel he wants to explain what happened to her, why and how she's just a human being.

Aloha....B Posted August 11, 2014 #10 Report Posted August 11, 2014 Inside the Dream is so good. I could not put it down. The only thing that sucks about it is that it ends in, what, 2009 or something? I wanted it to keep going up till now. Hoping for an updated re-issue of that book at some point (I can wish, right?)
ValetGirls Posted August 11, 2014 #11 Report Posted August 11, 2014 What are the other books about Britney you've read? The Bible

Beignet Binch Posted August 11, 2014 #14 Report Posted August 11, 2014 I've been meaning to read Inside the Dream for years but I just keep forgetting! I've read and owned Little Girl Lost and a couple other little random biographies from the Baby and Oops! era but nothing really of substance except LGL. I've read A Mother's Gift tho lol. I feel like we should start a Universe book club or sth lol

Inside the Dream is very similar to LGL, but I find it better, I think it could be fun! And okay, I remember really liking Little Girl Lost, but I did notice some errors and such so I bet Inside The Dream will be a lot better! The book is super cheap on Amazon too ooh! Do you think I should I get it in hardcover or paperback?

I Just Want More Posted August 11, 2014 #24 Report Posted August 11, 2014 I just ordered Inside The Dream
Fiyero Posted August 11, 2014 #25 Report Posted August 11, 2014 I've got Inside the Dream, Little Girl Lost (which I thought was basically a condensed version of Inside the Dream), a book by Sean Smith called "Britney" (lol I think that's the title, just Britney), and Through the Storm. I'm ready for another!I wish they could do a bio that focuses solely on 2007, but I know we'll never fully get all that info.Reading the breakdown chapters in "Inside The Dream" just brought me to tears.I can't even accurately describe the hatred I feel for Sam Lutfi or the absolute horrible things that need to happen to him.Ugh, fuck him.
