I mean, it's like Lady Gaga, just look at her post, imagine if Britney would have posted this, i think there would have been a scandal. Gaga posted about it and promoted her foundation in her post. I mean, i know it can help some people, but it's also kinda inapropriate to "take advantage" of this situation to promote your own foundation. So yeah.. and anyway yes it's sad and yes he was famous, but it doesn't mean she had to tweet about it.

If Celebrities tweeted all the time about deaths nothing would get done. Celebrities are people and so we should just treat them like that, leave his friends and family to worry about that. Sorry that sounds mean, but who cares, we didn't know him on a personal level and he didn't know us so we wouldn't feel bad because we just saw him on movies and shows and had no relationship to him.

I didn't think about that... Maybe it's a touchy subject for her to bring up. Why hasn't Britney tweeted about Robin Williams' death? That's kind of in bad taste, especially because she's a big fan of movies. I'm sure she is saddened by the loss and it could be that she just wants to remember him in a private manner. Not everything has to be public.
