do you realize how hard it is to find the right words to say in a tragedy?

in a way I could understand why someone would consider a tweet as superficial and disingenuous...as we all know she doesn't tweet us every one of her thoughts 10x a day, like some people do, it's not her style...

you cannot expect her or anyone to comment on every tragedy in the world

nothing to be disappointed in Britney about

Mte , everything can be very misinterpreted or whatever so i'm kinda glad she didn't tweet anything.

I mean, it's like Lady Gaga, just look at her post, imagine if Britney would have posted this, i think there would have been a scandal. Gaga posted about it and promoted her foundation in her post. I mean, i know it can help some people, but it's also kinda inapropriate to "take advantage" of this situation to promote your own foundation. So yeah.. and anyway yes it's sad and yes he was famous, but it doesn't mean she had to tweet about it.

Really? Who cares? I loved him, but seriously people die. :mhm: We move on with our lives. If Celebrities tweeted all the time about deaths nothing would get done. Celebrities are people and so we should just treat them like that, leave his friends and family to worry about that. Sorry that sounds mean, but who cares, we didn't know him on a personal level and he didn't know us so we wouldn't feel bad because we just saw him on movies and shows and had no relationship to him. :overitkbye:

oh shut up. just because she didnt tweet doesnt mean she isnt upset about it and its not in "bad taste" at all. its possible to be sad privately you know. not everyone has to tweet abt this kind of stuff.

I didn't think Britney would comment because of the mental health and suicide issue would draw attention to her...

I didn't think about that... Maybe it's a touchy subject for her to bring up.

Why hasn't Britney tweeted about Robin Williams' death? That's kind of in bad taste, especially because she's a big fan of movies.

I'm sure she is saddened by the loss and it could be that she just wants to remember him in a private manner.  Not everything has to be public.

bc everyone deals with death differently. not everyone is gonna get on twitter and get emotional. i know i didn't. i didnt even know what to say when i heard about it. i was speechless and kinda numb  :crying1:

people do not have to post about every single thing that happens, no matter how little or big they are

if you're disappointed in someone whom you don't know because they don't do what you would like for them to do, you need to reevaluate your life choices
