Of course Britney is suffering. Her feet and knees are killing her. Remember she has that knee injury in 2004 that has really kept her from dancing since it happened. Also, Britney has some kind of Psoriasis on her feet or at least on one of them.

I've said this before but I think she needs work on her facial expressions on POM. It usually doesn't match the performance and makes her look uninterested sometimes. I think performers actually do stuff for that.
