(katy perry's short wig also would look rly good on her!!!! like in how we do vid) and when she's not in the wig, she shold style her hair like this! especialy for an event

U can easily see that later in 2003 they just put in a ton of long extensions to try to cover up the bob I am a weave expert, defo weave putting volume in that bob.
