ooh la la Posted August 18, 2014 #31 Report Posted August 18, 2014 it is things like this that make me not want to be a fan anymore. when i was a child i admired her for her work ethic and being successful. it is a pure insult to fans to tell a bare faced lie to them. it is so untrue that she sings live that i don't know to laugh because it is such a brazen lie. i wonder could fans sue who bought the tickets on the premises of her management and her saying that she sings live in her concert. it is false description of what they were buying.they don't seem to mind lying to fans and britney herself would probably say it's non of our business if she sings live or not. it is sad that fans think it is okay for her not to sing.i decided on her last concert femme fetale i won't be going to her concert again because i am five foot tall and can't see her dancing when i go to the concert.then it's just like i am being crushed by people, paying at least 75 euro for a ticket plus the cost of getting there and who ever is coming with me to the concert just for the privilege of listening to a britney c.d. i also stopped buying her album the last one being femme fetale i didn't buy britney jean it is not her singing and i am not that much of a fanatic that would pay for an album in which i don't know which bits she is singing nor do i listen to it.
kara Posted August 18, 2014 #32 Report Posted August 18, 2014 I didn't buy Britney Jean either and I never will...and no I didn't illegally dl it either the songs were trash...however if she had sang them I prob would have still bought it b/c it would have been more enjoyable but I remember hearing work bitch and ik she was singin with myah on the bridge and that was fine....but when I heard myah take lead when passenger leaked I was done although I loved the song...it irritates me that she didn't sing the whole song cuz it would have been one of my all time faves...that and ttb were the only ones I loved and myah takes lead on both...ik those Adlibs at the end wasn't Britney from the moment I heard it just like soon as the chorus came on in passenger I was like df is this an incomplete song

She's been accused of lipping since the very beginning and she's lied about it since the beginning. She lipped since oops and not always to prerecorded vocals. It is true that back then she also sang live sometimes but not frequently. The DWAD tour was almost lipped in full except not a girl not yet a woman. She lapped lucky there and no one has a problem with it. In the onyx tour she lipped everything sometimes, even everytime at dates. She lipped to oops and baby one more time when she was just moving around. She fully lipped the circus tour apart from some seconds in everytime some dates a get nasty and one song in two dates. She used prerecorded vocals for circus and the rest is just a remix to the cd vocals, her dance is the 50% of what it is now and that tour is beloved by many fans. She DID sang a little bit in the femme fatale, some tracks are prerecorded vocals and the dance is not very energetic but there is more dancing. In all these tours she was accused of lipping. That goes with britney because she does lip sync. Apart from that, the lipping to Sias vocals is a mess, not buying her albums and calling yourself a fan is just ironic, that is not a fan. She does sing her songs in the albums.

Sometimes, she was doing literally nothing onstage. I find it so wrong that we shouldn't expect live vocals anymore and they're not doing anything to explain it to us. Instead, they're just lying.
