paula24bs Posted August 22, 2014 #26 Report Posted August 22, 2014 BWAHAHAHA this makes me laugh over all the "She wasn't allowed to finish it" rumors.. Poor stupid loooooosers... Anyway, when I look at whach she did from 1999-2002, I don't believe she didn't want it. Look at slave, that is passion, she has loved every minut of it.. this...I really don't believe this new thing of she didn't want it...she was so passionate about it....if she didn't want this she wouldn't had make half of what she did with the quality that she put in everything...I believe that she didn't want the level of fame that she got, even though she said she wanted to be like madonna, but i believe that she didn't really know what that meant....and I believe too that she thought that she could end it when she wanted, but she always wanted this...she worked so so hard to make it...there's no way that someone that is being pushed works as hard and with the quality that she presented 1
Fiyero Posted August 22, 2014 #27 Report Posted August 22, 2014 According to Lynne, though, she only did like one or two pageants and then she pulled her out of them because she didn't like the way they were run. He makes her (Lynne) sound like some pushy bitch who just HAD to have Britney in the spotlight.I still love his work though and he seems like a chill guy.But folks need to stop with the "Her parents made her do it" stuff. Even Britney has said over and over and over again, that if anything, it was always her who was twisting their arms to get into the business, not Jamie and Lynne pushing her. Didn't mean for that to come off all touchy lol. (Ive just had a bad day) 2
paula24bs Posted August 22, 2014 #28 Report Posted August 22, 2014 that's not true, you can tell she was faking it how was she faking it when she composed songs, wrote lyrics, produced it...she loved in the zone...she loved her craft...she was really excited about it...she started to get tired of it when the promotion schedule started to get really crazy, and when she met kevin she went down hill...but in the beginning she was really passionate about this project...
Brian.TheDog Posted August 22, 2014 #29 Report Posted August 22, 2014 how was she faking it when she composed songs, wrote lyrics, produced it...she loved in the zone...she loved her craft...she was really excited about it...she started to get tired of it when the promotion schedule started to get really crazy, and when she met kevin she went down hill...but in the beginning she was really passionate about this project... she might have been passionate about having more control but you could tell by her attitude that she was burned out
IGOTYOUCRAZY Posted August 22, 2014 #30 Report Posted August 22, 2014 that's not true, you can tell she was faking it I'm sorry but I cannot. She's faking this passion?
Captain Morgan Posted August 22, 2014 #31 Report Posted August 22, 2014 At the end of the day, only she knows how she feels regarding her career. If I had to guess, I would think it's like any career, days ya love it, days ya hate it!! Exactly!
Brian.TheDog Posted August 22, 2014 #32 Report Posted August 22, 2014 I'm sorry but I cannot. She's faking this passion? it's called performing, you put on a mask plus i don't think she was over performing, but was over the whole fame thing
IGOTYOUCRAZY Posted August 22, 2014 #33 Report Posted August 22, 2014 it's called performing, you put on a mask plus i don't think she was over performing, but was over the whole fame thing I disagree.
Brian.TheDog Posted August 22, 2014 #34 Report Posted August 22, 2014 I disagree. i was born by then and remember it clearly even the rumors of britney faking her injury cuz she was over it (though obviously it wasn't true)
IGOTYOUCRAZY Posted August 22, 2014 #35 Report Posted August 22, 2014 i was born by then and remember it clearly even the rumors of britney faking her injury cuz she was over it (though obviously it wasn't true) If you say so.... BLACKOUT<3 Posted August 22, 2014 #37 Report Posted August 22, 2014 Britney honesltly wanted to end her career after she broke up with JT... Idk how she performs everytime tbh... Ari Posted August 23, 2014 #43 Report Posted August 23, 2014 I kinda believe him because she said herself many times that she is not naturally cut for this kind of business... It's crazy how someone who doesn't want to do this job could surpass all her contemporaries and rule the pop world...Makes me appreciate Britney Spears even more... I totally agree with this! And I think she always underestimates herself sadly... She just doesn't know how great she is... But luckily, we. the fans, see that in her... This makes me think that "Unusual You" is a song about the fans... haha 2
PrinceAli89 Posted August 23, 2014 #44 Report Posted August 23, 2014 At the end of the day, only Britney knows how Britney feels so everything regarding "how she feels" is purely speculation. That being said, I disagree with the director that she never wanted her career. She could have finished her 5 album contract with Jive back in 2004 with Greatest Hits: My Prerogative, and retired then and there. There was no forcing her back in the studio after that. I've always truly believed that Britney always has found (and continues to find) solace in the music and the recording and dance studios. 1
LivinLegend Posted August 23, 2014 #45 Report Posted August 23, 2014 I think she was working through problems
britneystanstan Posted August 23, 2014 #46 Report Posted August 23, 2014 We have to remember the context of the time. 1998-2004ney was severely overworked and it was clear that she was very burned out in ITZ era. 2

britneystanstan Posted August 23, 2014 #48 Report Posted August 23, 2014 THIS And Primeney was a professional. She may not have been feeling it, but I think she had the ability to still kill it onstage. That's what most good performers do.
Brian.TheDog Posted August 23, 2014 #49 Report Posted August 23, 2014 And Primeney was a professional. She may not have been feeling it, but I think she had the ability to still kill it onstage. That's what most good performers do. yup, it felt more natural and not forced
