So we're talking about the VMAs and how Nicki will be bringing a snake onstage. I mention how Britney did it first and Nicki is essentially copying something Britney made iconic. My brother starts talking crap and cranks the radio higher. I start singing my own made-up Britney medley over the ratchet music he loves. And then he says....

Brother: blah blah blah Britney can't sing

Me: I rebuke you in the name of Godney.

Brother: What the fuck is a Godney? She's worse than Beyonce, and I hate Beyonce with a burning passion (He really said this. Kudos for the Beyonce shade, but the Brit insult.....)

Me: Godney is real!

Brother: Britney Spears doesn't even care about y'all on that fansite. She probably thinks you all are a bunch of crazy motherf*ckers!

Me: Shut the hell up.

Mind you, he really has nothing against Britney and secretly likes her. He just likes to get me riled up by spewing lies. And he's jealous of how much I enjoy speaking with other awesome Britney fans.
