yup! that's why it doesn't matter if we didn't like the tribute or think it was good enough for britney, because she obviously appreciated everything about it and it was for her, so really her opinion is the only one that counts

I think she chose not to perform after the dissaster in 2007. Think about it, in 2008 they used her for the official promo and it was a great oportunity to perform because she was nominated and she didn't.

To be honest, the tribute wasn't that bad. And she looked amazing!

 

She didn't perform because it was the FF era and she couldn't pull off a good performance at the time. I just hated that she was obviously supposed to make a big speech before introducing Beyonce, but she obviously got nervous. In the context of FFney though, she was more cam and relaxed than she was most of the era. Currentney would've done a better job though.
