Britney Spears and her boyfriendDavid Lucado have split after dating for a year and half.

 

“Ahhhh the single life!†the 32-year-old singer tweeted on Thursday afternoon (August 28).

 

The reason for the split is reportedly because of a video that is being shopped around that shows David making out with another woman in someone’s living room, according to TMZ.

 

“David is very, very in love with Britney. This is unfortunate and he hopes that it all works out,†his rep told the site.

 

Britney was last spotted with David last week, just after nominating him to take on the Ice Bucket Challenge.

EXACTLY. something obviously happened and if there's a tape of it (which all signs are pointing to the fact that there IS) her tweet is damage control, getting HER side out first

he has a representative i find that fishy does he not just have a normal job why would he need a representative. i think this story is a plant in my opinion and think their relationship was not real he either quit the job or was found in his private time with a person he is going out with in real life.

yes the media makes up lies and rumors, but they also tell the truth. there's way too many facts leading to this being right than it being some made up rumor.

we have david's rep saying he hopes everything works out. why would he hope for things to "work out" if they're happy and together and not broken up? it happened, allegedly, in the beginning of august. things don't leak ASAP. obviously britney JUST found out about it
