David Lucado says he didn't technically cheat on Britney Spears ... because his videotaped hookup with another chick went down AFTER Brit had already kicked him to the curb.

Lucado is telling friends Britney dumped him via text on August 6th. Sources close to the ex couple tell us they'd been arguing over "outside influences" -- like her conservators -- who control Britney's life ... and Spears sent him a message saying, "I'm done with you."

Retard comment :Britney is so overly medicated how does anybody ever expect her to ever try to handle a normal relationship? She can't. She's never going to be the girl she used to be. Why wouldn't he? just because they could have been on a break doesnt mean he doesnt regret it. And the story didnt changed, when tmz said David was banned from contacting her, they already reported that david said Britney and him werent together when it happened.

I'm sorry but there are always two sides to a story! I'm pretty sure britney is no innocent here especially given her past. Truth is, NONE of us REALLY know what went on and chances are, we never will. David has the right to defend himself as well. Does this mean I condone his cheating? NO! He should have at least sat down with britney and said spoke to her about this in depth about this. Then after that, he's free to do whatever he wants. I don't know about you guys but I feel like David is a level headed person. Even britney said he's the opposite of her. And honestly, breaking up over a text with someone IS a sign of immaturity whether she meant it or not. You DON'T deal with a situation like this over a text. I'd be pissed too if a guy dumped me over a text, it's just low. It's so disrespectful. You have a problem, you deal with it face to face. Anyway, david is a d*ck for cheating.

David got back together with Britney but Britney had to find out about the make out session via the Video. I know Britney has a lot of issues but that's nonsense. And he wants to talk to her now but not after she texted "I'm done with you"? You know how many times I've broken up with my boyfriend if frustrated text or the end of phone calls like that are considered breaking up?

Of course people with a mental illness can have a relationship and deserve and even need to work. The TMZ posters are the nut jobs. They said Britney needed to be in a padded room.

Mental illness does cause issues within relationships. I'm sure Britney's Anxiety as well as her sobriety is something that isn't easy to deal with. Many Many times you can't put yourself places that stress you out and that have Alcohol. I remember there were gossip reports of David's friends making fun of Britney's Sobriety making in impossible for them to drink in front of her and then they got drunk afterwards. Who knows if that was true but I can believe it to a degree. Being around people who are too awkward to talk can be stressing for everyone around. I know first hand how people react to it.

And Britney is always texting. I wonder if she finds texting easier than having a face to face conversation? It's easier for me to write than it is for me talk. Though I still get nervous as I type or text. And believe me I know how frustrating that can be for the people in my life.

And Britney's Conservatorship I'm sure can be a nightmare when you have to get permission to do stuff. But Britney is also a mother and that means she doesn't have freedoms childless people have.

Britney is also needy and a bit clingy. She admits and confesses to it in the 2013 Ellen interview and on BJ.

All of these issue would make a relationship hard but if you make out with another woman you confess it and don't let Britney find out via Video tape.

Britney isn't some incapable robot ppl say she is I think ppl are trying to diagnose her when she's fine she's changed b/c of her hard life but she is still capable of being "the same girl" if she wanted to and in a lot if ways she still is the same it's just assholes that refuse to think that maybe she's fine and is just more guarded I think Britney has come to terms with the cship and is finally happy and it's obv she does wat she wants ppl are quick to blame her team no it's her no one is usin her as a cash cow this is wat she enjoys which is y she doesn't take it seriously any more I'm sure if her team had it their way we would have way more promotion similar to the oops days Britney doesn't want to and that's y it never happens...as far as the cship goes I think Britney has been fine but her money hungry lawyers, doctors, team keeps extending the shit so they can keep money in their pockets they are millionaires I'm sure if they slide the judge a nice fee an extension will happen it's not like the judicial system is completely honest any damn way the only time Britney seemed different was for the ff era but even then I just think her heart wasn't into the project and it showed. her meds may have cause her to be tired and sometimes bloated but if the meds can't hender her from workin and raisin her kids it must not be THAT damn bad

"WE WERE ON A BREAK" yeah, I don't care, if you truly love some one, and want them back, you don't kiss anyone in your free time. It doesn't freaking matter, it's still cheating.
