She doesn't look photoshoped into the picture to me. I think it was deleted because someone posted it around and there was talk about Brit's cigarettes...

She probably made the post private, so the only people who can see it are her friends, or she just deleted it, I don't know, but how could you fake that picture? 2

It could simply be an older picture of Britney in the recording studio that has not been published before or something. But like everyone else stated here, she's been wearing those shorts all summer and I believe Anthony. He has no reason to lie.
