None of those I think she's just doing it for fun like she did when she started workin on the circus album and how she did for many years before b/o came out if it becomes an album than great but after the mess that's my ah jean I'm not ever gonna be thirsty for new music like I was every album before BJ...after b/o every album was supposed to be urban and I feel like her label is trying to force her to be Madonna instead of lettin her be herself.Madonna could never pull off urban like Britney...her past three albums ruined a lot of the respect she had as an artist b/c she has no creative control...I don't think the girl that made Britney, itz, and b/o would have ever wanted an album like Britney Jean...her albums were getting more and more mature and more and more urban I think by now she would prob be more r&b than pop (see justin timberlake) she loves r&b artist she isn't saying Katy perry is her inspiration...she said justin and beyonce so y do her team want her to record gaga and basic perry rejects or a dated ass edm ray of light flop mess

I don't get people who say they don't like Britney's more urban, r&b inspired music. Britney obviously loves it if she kept putting that sound into the albums she had the most control over (ITZ, BO, songs she recorded in between those, then parts of Britney). If she does another pop album, it needs to be like Circus (which even had some personal songs that had unique, non-basic sounds. Blur and Kill the Lights for example). No generic EDM. That's dead in terms of popular media.

The label needs to let Brit do her own thing, whatever that may be at this point in her life.

I don't think it's a soundtrack at all. 

Just an album (or EP) like BJ that will only be released to promote Vegas (because let's be real, they can't stay 2 years without anything, she needs new material to stay in the spotlight, even if it's a flop). And maybe to promote her lingerie line in her music video  

i believe new single end 2014 and new album early 2015. (yes i have hope, but i'm sure she works on it since a little while already, especially that she had a 3 months break after the last leg.)

I would like to know who are the producers/writers working with her tho, but at least Will.i.am doesn't seem involved.

Exactly it is almost unbelievable how they treat her as if she's some new artist she's a legend and should be calling the shots I doubt justin, beyonce, and pink have to deal wit this...but it's her team since she can't defend herself I think they aren't fighting hard enough for her b/c it's evident Larry is determined to use his bomt marketing plan with the stupid wrong recipe from madonnas career....she's Britney fuckin spears not Madonna he pisses me off with his "this is her ray of light" no one wants that old shit let her be herself cuz If I remember correctly she dropped b/o and Madonna ripped off was takin notes BOW

I don't think she is releasing a new album this soon, definitely an EP to promote her Vegas show, fragrance line and lingerie collection.
