I like Sexxx Dream, G.U.Y., Artpop, Mary Jane Holland, BUT there are too many bad af songs like Jewels n Drugs, Swine, Dope, Donatella - they destroyed the album so for me it's on the same lvl as BJ.

 

And I think that same with BEYONCE. I like Blow, Jealous, Pretty Hurts, Partition, BUT there are also shitty songs that I can't stand!

 

And on Prism I love everything. Only This Is How We Do & International Smile I like a bit less, but other are so flawless <3 Legendary Lovers, Ghost, Choose You Battles - they are perfect and mature + not very basic. Prism is my fave album from katy and imo best of 2013 (I'm also not a fan of Stars Dance or Bangerz...)

 

Well yes, but I love Venus and Do What U Want so it kinda made it up for me. :yaknow:

I dislike Swine to and I think that Donatella is similar so I don't like it too.

The worst (imo) are Dope & Jewels n Drugs.

I don't get the hate on Mary Jane Holland (great song) and Fashion! (kinda good).

Applause is so overrated + DWUW is very cool, but I prefer the version with Aguilera, can't wait for the MV :gloria:

Omg I love Fashion!!!!! If only Will gave that much effort to BJ... it's actually well produced.

Could it be better? yes

but it's better than nothing

 

I still make some jokes on the album every now and then,but i don't act like it's the end of her carreer and that is a horrible album 

 

 

I feel exactly the same. I'm not stupid (or deaf) and I can hear that BJ is not exactly a masterpiece. But that doesn't mean I don't enjoy the album. There are some great songs on it.

It's not her greatest album but it sure as hell doesn't deserve all the criticism and hate it receives either. If it would have peaked at #1 on the Billboard 200, a lot of the fans would be hailing it as one of her best albums ever tbh. However, because it underperformed commercially it's shunned and disregarded by the majority of fans. :yaknow:

For not liking BJ? Some of you all's word choices are just.... :eyeroll: Dramatic and rude, tbh.

I have a feeling that majority of those that love BJ were not that big of fans pre-Circus era. I personally can't listen to 7 great albums that I have loved since the days they were released (or close enough for BOMT) and then praise the eighth album, of which is NOT up to Britney standards (based on fan, gp, and critic reviews).
