guys "Punks not Dead" is a common phrase in punk rock

 

Britney is shown smiling/enjoying shaving her head in the shirt, and it is an iconic "Fuck You World" moment in popculture

 

I would only take it as shade if the shirt showed her angry moment as completely bald...but instead it shows her transitioning, like she is being fierce and badass and making a statement

 

Punk is about rebellion, freedom, revolution, and making a statement...and the shirt would be more welcome to punk fans, but probably misunderstood by pop fans

 

Miley is a stan, and see's herself as rebellious...she has no reason to beef w Britney. Maybe it's just her way of showing support while Britney is in the tabloids right now. I mean if she just wore a regular Britney shirt less people would react anyways
