Sorry I know there is a lot of hate about this shirt, saying its making fun of her darkest days, but I really dont think it is.

I see it as a reminder of how strong she is and how she rebelled against the people who were trying to control her.

How is that making fun of her darkest days ? Britney fans take things too serious sometimes tbfh, It's just a picture of Britney shaving hear hair.

If this stuff was Britney (even brand Britney) taking the image back I'd be all for it. It's a cool idea.  I like the little meme of if Britney can get through 2007 I can get through today. I wouldn't buy a shirt of it though. Just because that is Britney's face and this isn't merch she put out there.

Tbh I think Baldney is freakin' bad ass.  :bomt: I get it was during really dark times and that sucks that Brit had to go through all she did, but I think it's just so awesome how she rebelled against society's standards. Really, though, why is a bald woman such a big deal anyways? Sure she looks hotter with long hair but if a man shaves his head it's fine but when a woman does it she's labeled crazy. Society is just backwards tbh.... :crying5:

Yes! People knew her as this blonde sex symbol and she was sick of everyone telling her she has to be a certain way.

To me, her shaving her head was an act of "fuck you, you cant tell me who to be."

hahaha youre great.

I think the GP think of Britney as this airhead poptart, and really what I see was a woman sick of being controlled & being told what she had to do, wear, look like etc. Plus, he hair extensions were a mess, and she probably didnt want to have to deal with the time it took to get them out.

I think shaving her head was badass. 2007ney was very punk. :tbh:

I think so too. I know before I became a big fan I kinda stereotyped her as the stereotypical blonde tbh. :o I feel horrible about that now that I'm a fan! I didn't hate her though and when someone said "Queen of Pop" she'd always come to my mind even though I didn't actually listen to her then so that always makes me feel better. :crying2:

2007ney was punk! I never want her to have to go through any of the crap she did in that year again but it did give us Blackout and she was badass. :bigtime:

She absolutely badass, and so much more than the GP gives her credit for.

I'm sorry if theres people thinking the shirt is wrong, but what it all comes down to, is if you dont like it, dont wear it, and dont judge

other people for wearing it, because you have no idea.

Yeah. Miley has always been a big stan of Britney so I hate how people are just jumping to conclusions and saying she's making fun of her. :icant:

Why is this thread here?? For what purpose do we need a 2nd thread about that stupid ass shirt? I'm dumbfounded that people think they are truly stanning for Brit by defending that damn picture on that shirt. It's down rightmoronic to that Britney don't care about this...she wasn't being a rebel or badass you nitwits...she was in pain! How is it that you people don't get that? I'm done talking about this mess...other then to say...if you get the chance to meet her...would you want to be caught wearing that shirt? :smokeney:
