...when Britney has control over her projects! Looking back I can see that Britney really didn't have much involvement in Britney Jean, but since she actually seems to be the CEO of her new line, that her team and management will back off from the controlling attitude they have in regards to her albums.

Basically my prediction is: If Britney has control over Album 9, she'll be passionate about it, and she might actually perform on TV.

I'm soo effin excited for what's to come. :excited:

But I keep telling myself I shouldn't be. I don't want to be dissapointed like I was with Britney Jean :'(

tbh.

it's cool to be hyped, but it's better to keep it real.

better be surprised than disappointed :queenflopga:

She seems much more independent and confident lately. Especially with the line, the recent fan interaction and something I can't even put my finger on. She seems to be carrying herself differently all of a sudden.

do you think the conservatorship ended?!?!

Yes!! The thing that's exciting me about Album 9 is the fact that she's already working on it! BJ hasn't even been out for a full year and she's already starting a new project. I feel like that's a sign she's really doing it for herself. She's not being forced into new music. She's recording what she wants to record and hopefully that's the product that gets released when it's ready.

I come across as a britard but I feel like I'm more real than anyone lol.

First, I'm pretty drunk after work!

Second, on paper I don't think it will ever end. But I also believe it ended a long time ago. It's always there and it's always a threat of free rule over it. I think britney realizes what her chances are to get out of it (on paper) a long time ago. I feel like finally (although it being right is still sadly debatable) she's earned trust and has proven herself for complete control. She is clearly not crazy, willingly guarded and suspicious, and has done nothing but all the while make her professional life a complete smash. So I honestly believe as long as the britney we know now doesn't digress in those ways it up to her.

Her answer about an extended vegas says it all.

or maybe SHE just hasn't decided yet...

I don't want to keep my hopes up. She herself looked so good and in control in interviews for the Britney Jean era and I ended up disappointed.

Hopefully, they revised her contract to give her more control. If she goes pop-rock, she'll have to sing live though.

we're assuming that not performing outside of Vegas was part of the contract. But tbh, that doesn't make much sense because PH would want people to see a glimpse of performney before Vegas because it would attract more people

All I can say is agreed. We really have no idea nor should we be, just gratis

The cship is ending soon, trust me, there are already rumors all over the place how she is taking Jamie to court so she could get rid of the cship , I think she knows the end of it is near, hence why she is all active and artsy fartsy
