I searched and I couldnt find anything. I'm just wondering, when the first pictures of her in the studio (or exiting studios), or when she first started talking about the next album after femme fatale. I think the earliest I remember is March 2013 when she said she would sit down with will.i.am to talk and just chat.

Help plz?  :frenchy:

It all started when  she was filmed with Darkchild in a studio during X-Factor. Then when XF ended, she was asked several times if she was going to continue and she said she wasn't sure because listening to all those amazing people had inspired her and wanted to go back to the studio.

December 2012, she replied to a fan, saying she was "really focused on my music right now". Maybe that was the beginning of Album 8, but no necessarily; the following weeks it was all about Scream & Shout remix.

On January she said she was recording a song for her kids, which she confirmed to be Ooh La La on April.

On May, she said to Shape Magazine that her album was going to be "more hip hop this time".

On July, after a busy month, she said she couldn't wait to get back to the studio, cuz this album was shaping up to be a real piece of her. <<<<I think this was the very first time she talked about album 8 as a whole and not a particular song.

After this point onwards, Will.i.make.u.flop was announced EP and started saying he was having several lunches a month with Britney to get to know her and..... You know the rest :4music:

First thing we heard was Britney not thinking about a direction for her album (via the online chat that became the Sophia Grace&Rosie meets Britney chat.

Then we see her with Darkchild but he later said he was asked to come film with Britney for X factor. There was no recording then but they talked song writing. So it was an early song writing session but who knows what happened after.

There was the Blackout anniversary Trend and a tweet form Britney's Twitter mentioning the BO 2.0 because of this trend.

I think the first we heard from Britney was the tweet in December but there was rumors that RCA said she would begin recording in December months before.

I think the first time we really heard about her recording was Jan 8 when Adam said that it was premature to talk about album 8 since Britney only had a few sessions. But he could say Britney had a great session with Hit boy and Ester Dean. Though that didn't make BJ...

And then the Surprise song her sons would love tweet was in Late January. That turned out to be Ooh La La for the Smurfs.
