There are times people would come up to her and she will say no or say "I'm not allowed to take pictures" (I heard a lot of stories) and sometimes, very rarely, she will. But most of the time, her security tell you to stay back. A girl I know saw her by the elevators at Planet Hollywood and tried to get an autograph, Britney looked right past her and her security told her no and to stay back. I would be crushed. That's why I would be terrified to ask her for a picture or an autograph if I ever ran into her somewhere. When I was at PH for her show, I hoped I wouldn't see her anywhere other than my meet & greet because it would drive me crazy.
