Jamie Spears has many roles in the life of Britney. Not only is he her father, he is also the curator who manages her finances and her career - and in recent years he's played the role of matchmaker, putting up with their exes Jason Trawick and David Lucado.

However, after these two romances ended, RadarOnline.com reveals that the pop princess insists that her father will have no role in choosing her next boyfriend.

"Britney is convinced that she is able to choose on her own, without her meddling dad," a source told Radar. "Jamie has played an important role in decisions about Bitney dating since he became her conservator."

"Jason Trawick seemed the perfect choice for Britney, because he was her agent, and had shown business in common," the source said. "But it was not enough for Jason, and the two ended their relationship after having been committed."

"David Lucado works in the law firm of one of the lawyers for Britney and Jamie was elected," said the source. "Britney immediately fell in love with David, and then a video of him with a pornstar came out and ended the relationship."

As previously reported, Lucado cheated on Britney with a pornstar named Cali Lee, during a meeting in August this year which was videotaped and bought by her father before she saw the media.

However, she is ready to dive back into the dating pool. "Britney is the kind of girl who's always had a boyfriend, and she needs a man in her life," the source insisted. "She doesn't have any friends outside of her family, and has a group of friends she can hang out with. She really leads a solitary life. Britney has told Jamie that she won't date anyone that he suggests while dealing with the situation.

The source added: "Jamie understands where Britney comes from, she can't have a date with some random stranger. She doesn't realize that there are many opportunities out there, and all Jamie's done was protect Britney.. he just wants her to be happy. "

I don't trust anything with terrible grammar and this "article" is RIDDLED with it.

 

Also, I don't know that I've ever seen someone be so hypocritical within the same sentence before:

 

"She doesn't have any friends outside of her family, and has a group of friends she can hang out with."

 

(Not to mention the use of a parenthesis when there is no need for one.)
