it is beyond cheeky, too personal and over stepping the boundary pointing out to someone that they are overprotected and asking them if they are comfortable doing an interview. if someone seems nervous or is not comfortable it is actually a bit confrontational pointing out or asking them if they are nervous since they are nervous already nervous in your company don't make them more so. and also she is more than likely trying to overcome and work on appearing not nervous or uncomfortable and sees it as a bad thing to be nervous. so in my opinion it is kind of out of order bringing it up when a person is probably actually self critical of how she behaves and how she is coming across to people it is kind of an accusation actually.
