Looks like they've been good friends since like 2010/2011. Can't really tell though. Who is he? When did they meet? What does he do? I hate to be a creep I just wondered.

Thats why i really do believe Jason and her are still good friends. But hey, she probably has lot sof friends we don't know about, just because she doesn't overflash it like anybody else would.

He's in the behind the scenes POM picture with Britney and Nicole Richie. I think they all became friends around that time. Jason also entered the picture around that time.

If you google him multiple sites refer to him as Nicole Richie and Britney's gay bff.
