Yes, it is that may be a little confusion there for example where Britney already has 5 # 1 is on Billboard ... but I did not know that britney had many hits in the worldwide charts .... but is real because toxic was never # 1 in billboard but was # 1 in the global charts

I guess if "BJ" was more successful Britney would have hit the #5 spot.

Yes, may be if Bj would had more promotion britney could have at least another # 1, I do not know much about the career of george michael, but really not surprised me, he was biggest in the late 80's early 90's ....IFor me it's weird that britney is the only one of her generation in the list with the except for the black eyed peas and rihanna the only solo artist of this new generation...
