Dancer Suing Britney For Breaking Her Nose During Rehearsals

Backup dancer Dawn Noel will file a lawsuit against Britney Spears on Monday after Britney accidentally broke the dancer's nose during the "Work Bitch" rehearsals last August, reports TMZ. 

 

Noel showed up at the rehearsal studio in Woodland Hills on August 19 along with Britney's other dancers to perfect their moves for the video. She claims Britney arrived "in a disheveled and confused state," and had considerable difficulty executing even basic moves. 

 

Noel says she was standing off to the side when Britney twirled and smacked her square in the nose, causing a blow so loud everyone in the room heard it. 

 

She says Britney responded with an "I'm sorry," and continued rehearsals.

"Dawn claims Britney's people promised to pay the med bills, but after months of waiting she was told to pound sand. So Dawn's lawyer Sark Ohanian from Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley will file a lawsuit Monday against Britney."

Britney's people have yet to comment.
