So i was yesterday scrolling through exhale and i saw a picture of Britney in an event, she had a black dress (pretty short and tight similar to the wango tango dress), she was posing with some people on the pic and she was obviously blonde at the time (like i guess i was trying to say ) and the picture looked like it was 2011-2014, but I have mixed feelings about it because i have never seen it! I am so confused! Can you help me?
