It just makes me sad, how the world has always ditched her regardless of her having talent and a massive fanbase and huge impact.. like how the fuck did Toxic and Oops not hit top 3 and Bleachonce did? with naughty girl and me myself and I or some shit.. and the times she was snubbed at VMAS and Grammys despite having more impact on the general public is just   the only reason she got awards for piece of me is because the VMAS finally started to treat her like a queen because of her tough time.. atleast she wasnt snubbed for the vanguard awards, she got it before justin and beyonce   although XTINA and P!nk deserve it more than Justin and Beyonce  ...

The way I see it, the fact that at 32 years old, and has over 15 years in the business and is currently doing a Las Vegas residency solidifies the fact that she has had a HUGE impact and countless memorable hits throughout the years.  Awards are great and all, but at least she has memorable songs - I love it when other artists try and showcase their "history" in a performance and only really have a couple of songs the general public remember...and then I think of "Piece of Me" and how amazing it is that Britney has one hit after the next.

 

Yes, she has not been given all the credit she deserves and actually has been called "Overrated" in the past...I'd say it's the opposite despite her huge popularity.
