I'm gonna go with "Can't Make You Love Me", though I love a lot of those on the list. Anything from the Oops album is just golden to me. I can still listen to it without feeling like it's too dated.
"I've Just Begun" would be my 2nd, and "What It's Like To Be Me" would prob be my 3rd.
