You really can't succeed in this industry if you aren't driven. I can see her working for 10 more years and releasing albums and what not. But if nothing is going to change are far as her work ethic goes she's not going to continue to have a successful music career and that's just fact. I'm happy that she doesn't see herself retiring for 10 years though!
