Well, put yourself in her shoes. You've been talking and talking and TALKING for 4 days straight to all the interviewers, journalists, introducing your line, asking your assistant what's next on my agenda today, raising 2 kids, and scheduling more interviews with your management. You don't think your voice would be sore after that?

All that being said, if I were her vocal coach I would suggest Britney to rest even her speaking voice for a few days, and definitely no recording for at least a few days.

Anyway, I'm so proud of our girl and I'm so happy to hear that she's in a good place right now. Based on how open she's being lately I think she actually means it, and that's wonderful to hear!

Well, I have a voice like Britney's. One minute it's baby soft, then raspy, then deep, then soft again. Depends on the time of day and how much I've been talking. Like you said, Brit has been using her voice a lot, so that's normal.

And yes! I can tell how passionate she is about the lingerie and new album!

I fake my voice depending on the occasion :giggle: I mean, not fake it, but more like.. Tone it up or down depending who I'm with and stuff.

You see, I'm a really really white dude and thanks to my dad I have a deep voice and my friends started making fun of it saying I had an inner black dude :frenchy: And I was really immature back then (I was 14) so I started faking my voice to make it match with my personality (?) and stuff.

I tell you this because I think that's what Britney does. She's a 32 years young professional woman, she can't be talking with her baby voice we all love in interviews and stuff, you know what I'm saying?

She's been doing it since 2011, on the GMA promo commercial to be more precise; Everyone was like "Wut's with her voice? Does she have a cold?"; but imo it's because of what I just told you, not because she's sored or anything.

And on top of that, she smokes. :icanttt: We all know how bad it is for your vocal folds and lungs, gradually changing your voice..

Are people arguing on her voice now or what ? :drown:

But i wonder why it does that to you (i mean people who speak english). Because i'm french and i never heard someone speaking french and having a baby voice and then raspy voice etc. I always hear this with people who speak english, that's weird lol.

That's because of things like speaking a lot, air, heat, ... voices turn that way. Smoking sites not change the voice that way unless you smoke a lot in a short period of time specially those with mint. With years of smoking your voice changes but not that way, you just loose your voice but it takes many many years of smoking a lot. But I think that she does it on purpose.
