Britney probably has a lot of doctors. Most people who can afford one, has a family doctor for basic health. She might have a separate female doctor for things like yearly examinations and birth control. Britney has skin issues (psoriasis and perhaps other stuff) so she might see a specialist. And there are the mental health doctors that she surely has to see because of the Conservatorship and she might actually have 2 of those-a medical psychiatrist and some kind of therapist. Britney dances in her show so she might see some kind of chiropractor or physical therapist. And of course since she's a recording artist, she might have to see a throat doctor to make sure everything is ok. Then there are the beauty doctors.
