She can do hairflip for other performances if that's all you want. her hair is so short though that she will not be able to flip her hair at all There's something called extensions

Also her bob was so popular on the media that it might stay a bit more

Hat is the statement that completes the performance But her designer needs to add strap on the hat so she wouldn't have to worry if the hat drops during hard choreo like she did in matm onyx
