When did you become a Britney fan and why?

I remember my friend showed me the sometimes music video and I fell in love. Baby one more time was the first ever CD I bought in my life. I remember seeing oops I did it again on display one day then begged my mom for it. But I honestly think the stronger music video is what turned me into a Stan for life. Then every album, video, tour, and performance on TV I fell deeper and deeper in love with her. Her meltdown was important because it showed us she was human too and we fell in love with her on a personal as well. When she came back I realized she's the only pop star I'll love this way. Her story is so amazing and I'm so happy I became a fan in the beginning and got to witness those amazing moments and all the controversy attached.

I watched the OIDIA video and I loved it so much, I used to roll in the floor to her music (it was my form of dancing ) then my dad was going to buy me ITZ and the seller said children should not listen to Britney Spears, so she was banned in my house. I became a fan again after I watched the Womanizer video with my cousin but I was bullied in school, so I stopped listening to Britney again . Then when Femme Fatale came out my best friend was obsessed with Britney, so she got me into her again. Soon I found all my old albums and completed my collection and started stanning for the legendary flawless Miss Britney Spears

I started listening to other songs and watching her music videos, performances, tours, candids and I haven't stopped since then..

I remember not knowing what IUSA meant and then I sang it in class during my second stanning,( I almost got suspended) that was partially the reason I stopped liking her again ( more like forced but oh well )

What is wrong with people at my school?

They are all a bunch of super- chrisitans, even though its not  a rule you have to believe in god to get in considering how heavily religion is emposed here, also everyone here is fucking messed up, and stupid. But once I get out of this shithole Ill be fine.

it was 2000 i remember i had 7 idk, i was watching tv with my friend, and we saw MTV for a bit then Lucky came out and i was starstrucked, i asked my parent for the casete but i didn't remember what song it was so i thought it was stronger the one i saw on tv... pretty much later i frogot about her untill 2004 when i saw everytime on mtv again, i was like omg love her... but my stan stage started after a friend gave me greatest hits my prerogative cd.... thats when i became crazy for her

It was 1999. I was about eight years old. My aunt was dropping me off at home and "Sometimes" was playing on the radio. I LOVED it. I had only ever really listened to country music up until then, but thought this was the most amazing song I had ever heard. I asked my aunt who sang it and she replied, "I think some Britney Spears girl." I remember running inside the house, finding my mom and telling her I NEEDED this "Britney Spears girl's CD!!" She looked at me like I had two heads because, again, I had only listened to country music up until then.

 

I got BOMT for Christmas that year, along with a new CD player. I listened to that CD every single day for five months until I got OIDIA.

 

I still remember that night so well. Such a flawless night.

I became a Britney's fan since a very young age, like 7 years old tbh , my uncle bought "Baby one more time" and told me "Have you listen to Britney Spears, she is a really pretty girl with an amazing voice" , then he put the CD in his laptop and I could watch the BOMT video for the very first time !!!!!  And I was fascinated with Britney, I thought "maybe someday I could be like her" :bigsmile: , and after that Britney Spears became my idol    .

Everytime I knew Britney was going to be attending some awards shows, tv shows, concerts, I looked up in my computer and searched all the videos, photos, interviews, cuz I wanted to see everyhting Britney did. I'm not a fan of anyone, in the way I'm a fan of Britney, she is such an unique artist!!



The music of Godney has been with me since I was in elementary school, and has become the soundtrack of my life!
