I'd assume so, but that doesn't make it fact. She tweeted this a little while ago: "#BritneyDay in LV, Nov 5th! What an honor!! Can't wait to celebrate with you Vegas. See y'all there??" It's an honorary event bestowed on someone who means a lot to that locale. In this case, The Las Vegas Strip (Where all the casinos, hotels, etc. are) is the locale, and they are honoring Britney with a key. It's not an actual key to unlock doors or anything, but it's essentially saying she has an all access pass to the place because she is of high importance to them.
