I'd assume so, but that doesn't make it fact. She tweeted this a little while ago: "#BritneyDay in LV, Nov 5th! What an honor!! Can't wait to celebrate with you Vegas. See y'all there??" It's an honorary event bestowed on someone who means a lot to that locale. In this case, The Las Vegas Strip (Where all the casinos, hotels, etc. are) is the locale, and they are honoring Britney with a key. It's not an actual key to unlock doors or anything, but it's essentially saying she has an all access pass to the place because she is of high importance to them. She helps to run the place so she gets a key.
