And the thing is, he has never saw a single Britney video, and he only heard one Britney song. He said he liked toxic because I tricked him into thinking it was katy perry. After I told him it was Britney, he said he hated the song and he said he likes songs depending on the artist!??? He actually hates a lot of things I like, just because I like them. He constantly calls her a slut, whore, untalented and says he wishes she was dead. He is always bringing me down and trash talking about everything I like. He is starting to become a bully and getting me really depressed. I don't even know if we are best friends anymore because he always' trolls' me, like if I draw Britney, he will snatch the paper and scrunch it up.

In high school, I used to have a best friend who liked different things from me: she likes Serbian turbo-folk music (I'm from Serbia), which is the worst kind of music you could EVER like, and I always liked foreign music; I would dress like a rockstar, and she never was even close to like rock music; etc. but we loved spending time together. If you're someone's friend, you accept them as they are even if you don't like the same things, and this person you're talking about doesn't like the things you like ON PURPOSE! That person is not your friend and he doesn't deserve you! Please move on from him, trust me, what he's doing is kind of back-stabbing, and I had that a lot in the past! All the best to you!

I mean, it's natural, thanks god we're different! But as a best friend he should know you like Britney and he should respect that, not bashing her intentionally like he's trying to provoke you or something. Best friend is someone who loves you eventhough you have flaws and eventhough you don't agree in every single thing.
