I feel like with all of the videos she's done in the last couple of eras they've tried to go for expensive MV's with over the top sets, explosions, special effects, controversial scenes etc. And I think that rather than relying on the shock factor they should try to keep things simple and hire a talented director that focuses on finding the right angles, the right lightning, the colours, the perfect shots, etc. and carefully puts everything together to create a good quality final product. 1, someone told me Pretty Girls, which was recorded for THIS album, fit in between love me down and hard to forget ya, and they were right. 2, same user said this about Tom's Diner between If I'm Dancing / Coupure Electrique 3, I felt Mood Ring after Tom's Diner felt like a better transition, and the closing track, Coupure Electrique.
